15 hours design &/or phone/meeting time
4 - initial revisions and letter-size black & white or fax proofs
2 - final revisions and letter-size color proofs
1 - final color 720 dpi letter-size output with color specifications
1 - final black & white 400 dpi letter-size output with screen specifications

$900.00 (Plus NY Sales Tax-Where Applicable)

OPTIONS:

Additional proofs - B&W $10 ea., Color $20 ea.
Additional design &/or meeting time $95 per hour.
1200 dpi 8.5 x 11" Four Color separated film - $80 (higher res or larger sizes quoted)
1200 dpi 8.5 x 11" B&W composite output - $20 (higher res or larger sizes quoted)
600 DPI 24 x 36" Four Color Composite Inkjet blow-up, laminated matte or gloss - $85
