We manufacture LEXAN GRAPHICS for surface application as headers/banners or with magnetic strips to be used as panels in pop ups and similar displays. The graphics may be from your artwork or from layouts custom designed by our artists.

Our LEXAN GRAPHICS are reverse printed on your choice of 10 Mil matte Lexan or 7 Mil gloss polished Lexan. The LEXAN is then laminated to a 10 mil white vinyl backer. The result is a tough, long-lasting graphic which is rollable and will which stand up to the demands of repeated show use.

The gloss finish really makes photos pop with vivid sharpness, but does produce reflections in spot lit conditions. The matte finish mutes and softens the graphics and produces less reflection.

These new LEXAN materials are superb for Trade Shows. Photos, artwork and text can be quickly composed into eye-catching, FULL-COLOR, 600 DPI graphics aimed directly at the specific show's audience. Pricing is a function of size.

For Multiple Pieces having any dimension of less than 22" it is best to call for a quote. A substantial reduction may be possible by nesting such smaller pieces when printing.

Artwork/logo design, creation or manipulation is extra or we can compose from your supplied Mac or PC files. Computer time is charged at the rate of $75 per hour. Flatbed or drum scanning is available, prices based on type of original.

ARTWORK MEDIA: IT IS BEST TO CHECK WITH US BEFORE CREATING YOUR FILES IN A PARTICULAR PROGRAM OR FORMAT.

PROOFS:

FAX - $8 each plus revision time @ $75 per hour.
400 DPI B/W LASER, 8.5 X 11" or 8.5 X 14 - $8 each plus revision time @ $75 per hour.
INKJET, on choice of Canvas, up to 12 X 24" - $45 each plus revision time @ $75 per hour.

TURN-AROUND-TIME from receipt/approval of Final Artwork: Normal 3-6 work days, Rush 3 workdays + 25%, Priority 2 work days +50%, Express 1 work day + 100%. Rush orders must be confirmed before work is commenced. Surcharges may be waived at our discretion. We will make every effort to help you meet your scheduling requirements.
